Refund policy

RETURNS

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, VitaArmor will individually evaluate all return requests. You must reach out within 15 days of purchase to request a return, and items must be unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging. 

If a return is processed, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit (original shipping fee not included). The cost for the return label will be deducted from your store credit amount.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your VitaArmor purchase within 15 days of purchase for an item of equal or lesser value, or a refund in the form of store credit (original shipping fee not included). To be eligible, for an exchange or to receive store credit, you must reach out within 15 days of your purchase.

REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to our team directly at hello@vitaarmor.com and we’ll work to make it right. 

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
